Christiane F - A 1981 German biolographical drama based on the non fiction book 'Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo (We Children from Zoo Station) The movie is a story of a 13-year old Christiane F growing up in West Berlin, bored and suffering from depression, turning into 14-year old Christiane who is a heroin addict. Christiane almost dies from a heroin od, much like many of her former friends including Babsi, who at 14 becomes Berlin's youngest person to die from a heroin od. However Christiane does not die and goes to live with her aunt and mother in Germany's countryside and she becomes 'clean'.
